Our investment model often combines property ownership with business operations. In these locations, one affiliated entity may own the land and commercial improvements while a separate operating company leases the property and conducts the day-to-day business.

This structure allows us to participate in multiple levels of a property's performance — from long-term real estate ownership and development to leasing and business operations.
